What does the sample assume?
Around 10–12 players, two baskets, basketballs, markers and a timer. With 10 players, use two groups of five and rotate waiting players. With 12, use groups of six and finish with 3v3 at each basket.
Does the hour include explanations and breaks?
Yes. The block times include your explanation and transition, with two water breaks and a four-minute review. Set out the next activity early, shorten a block if needed and offer additional water whenever players need it.
Are the PDF drills identical to the online versions?
The pack uses condensed session versions, with some scoring and rotations simplified. Each card links to the full library entry for additional rules, progressions and diagram steps.
