Terms of service
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Swish Planner at swishplanner.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you have questions, email hello@swishplanner.com.
Swish Planner is provided by Ceers 2112 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16512807), registered office 14 Charles Almond Close, Great Oldbury, Stonehouse, GL10 3FH. “We” and “us” in these terms means Ceers 2112 Ltd.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 to create an account.
- Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Give us a real email address so we can confirm your account and help you recover it.
Your content
You own the drills, diagrams and sessions you create. You give us permission to store and display them so the service works — including to the people you choose to share them with. When you share a drill with the community, other coaches can view it and save or import their own copy, and that copy stays with them if you later make your drill private.
The standard drill library is provided by Swish Planner for you to use, adapt and run with your teams. Please don't republish it as your own product.
Acceptable use
- Only share content you have the right to share.
- No spam, advertising, offensive or unlawful content.
- Don't include sensitive personal information about players, especially children.
- Don't try to break, overload or misuse the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Community members can report drills, and our moderators review reports.
Coaching and safety
Drills and plans are guidance for qualified coaches. You're responsible for running sessions safely and choosing activities that suit your players' age, ability and fitness, and for following your club's and governing body's safeguarding rules.
Plans, trials and payment
- The Free plan is free forever. New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial with no card needed; when it ends you move to Free unless you subscribe.
- Pro and Club are subscriptions that renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay; we are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- You can cancel any time from your account (Your plan → Manage billing). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free.
- If you're a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund — just email support@swishplanner.com.
- When a paid plan or trial ends, nothing is deleted: your drills, teams and sessions stay available, but you can't add more than the Free plan allows. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
- A Club plan is bought by a club admin and covers up to 25 coaches in that club.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Swish Planner running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can stop using Swish Planner at any time and delete your account yourself from the Account page (this also cancels any subscription). Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we'll tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
