How to run the drill
- 1Start at one baseline with a ball.
- 2Speed dribble the length of the floor, make a layup, rebound and go back the other way.
- 3Count makes in 60 seconds. Right hand one way, left hand back.

- Control at the rim — misses cost time
- Alternate hands each trip
