Shot Fake & Drive
Catch, sell the shot fake to lift the defender, then drive past them to the basket.

How to run the drill
- 1Pairs. Player 1 passes to player 2 and closes out.
- 2Player 2 catches ready to shoot, shot fakes, and drives past the closeout.
- 3Finish at the basket. Swap and repeat.
- 4Progress: the defender plays live, so sometimes the right answer is the shot.
Coaching points
- Fake with the ball and eyes — stay low in your legs
- Go past the defender's hip
- Read it: if they don't jump, shoot
