Equipment: 1 ball
How the play works
- 1Four players stand in a line in front of the inbounder, a couple of steps apart.
- 2On the slap, the first player cuts towards the ball-side corner and the second cuts back towards half court.
- 3The third comes straight to the ball. The last player in the line waits a beat, then cuts hard to the basket.
- 4Inbounder looks long to the basket first, then takes the easy pass.
Coaching points
- Stand close together in the line so defenders get tangled
- Cut hard and call for the ball
- Whoever catches it, look at the rim first
