Equipment: 1 ball
How the play works
- 1Three players: top and both wings.
- 2Top passes to one wing, then goes and screens for the opposite wing.
- 3The cutter comes off the screen to the top; the screener steps back out to the wing.
- 4Keep it going — every pass is followed by a screen away.
Coaching points
- Screen the defender, not a spot
- Cutter waits for the screen, then goes shoulder to shoulder
- Screener opens up to the ball after contact
