How to run the drill
- 1Four offense push from half court; three defenders in a triangle (one top, two low).
- 2Offense moves the ball to find the open player; defense rotates on every pass.
- 3Play to a score or stop, then three of the attackers go back on defense.

- Offense: make the extra pass
- Defense: rotate on the flight of the ball
