Equipment: Balls, 6 cones
How to run the drill
- 1Set cones in a zig-zag the length of the floor.
- 2Dribble to each cone with the outside hand, change direction at the cone.
- 3Rotate the move each trip: crossover, between the legs, behind the back, spin.
Coaching points
- Change speed as well as direction
- Plant the outside foot hard
- Protect the ball with the off arm
