How to run the drill
- 1Pick a move — crossover, between the legs, behind the back.
- 2Do the move with two ordinary dribbles in between each one, then with one dribble in between, then with none (back and forth continuously).
- 3Don't stop between stages — the coach just calls “two… one… zero”. The whole thing takes two or three minutes.
- 4Next time: reverse the order, do it walking, or combine two moves.
