Feed the post from the wing against a fronting or three-quarter defender.

How to run the drill
- 1Post player seals on the block, defender plays behind, three-quarter, or fronts.
- 2Wing changes the angle with a dribble and makes the entry: bounce, lob or over the top.
- 3Post catches with two hands and holds the seal.
