Equipment: 1 ball each, 4 cones
How to run the drill
- 1Mark four corners with cones (half court works well). One dribbler on each cone, one in the middle.
- 2On “Go!”, everyone dribbles to the next corner (call clockwise or anticlockwise).
- 3The middle player races to grab an empty corner first. Whoever is left without a corner goes in the middle.
- 4Run several groups at once to keep everyone busy.
Coaching points
- Dribble with the outside hand
- Head up — see the free corner
- Explode on “Go!”
