How to run the drill
- 1Cones at the right wing, right elbow and top of the key.
- 2Start at half court, make a move at each cone: crossover, between-the-legs, hesitation.
- 3Finish with a layup or a pull-up off the last cone.
- 4Go through on both sides; change the moves every round.
