Two-Line Layups
The classic pre-practice layup lines: one line shoots, one line rebounds, then switch.

Equipment: 4–6 balls
How to run the drill
- 1Shooting line at the right elbow extended with balls, rebounding line at the left elbow extended.
- 2Shooter drives for a right-hand layup; first player in the rebounding line rebounds and passes to the next shooter.
- 3Shooters join the back of the rebound line, rebounders join the shooting line.
- 4Switch sides after 2 minutes for left-hand layups.

- High off the glass
- Rebounder catches before it hits the floor
